7/30/19 3.4 Hours Replaced grommet in center console that had fallen apart (I think it was a hardware store one). Put grommet edgeing around hole to protect trim cable. Clecoed elevator into place. Riveted elevator with A5 rivets. Cleaned marks on plastic stabilizer tips and riveted right one into place. Re-clecoed fin into place for looks.
7/31/19 .6 Hour logable build time. 3.0 Hours hangar work Installed latches on doors with Loctite Hangar work: 102 deg in hangar. Got all the Dynon empty boxes stowed away. Moved one wire rack to hangar back wall and the other to a side wall. Removed half of the shelterl. Turned aircraft around to be able to work on front end.
8/1/19 2.0 Hours Trimed off corners of fuselage extrusions ribs so nuts of bottom fin attach bolts would clear. Tidious. Tried to attach elevator cables to bellcrank. Threads in turnbuckle barrel screwed up.
