More routing and zip-tieing. Shortened some that were too long. Had Paul stop by to help while I tightened bolts of starter solenoid. Call-back from Tim at Approach Fast Stack to explain things. I did not have the "Configure plug" plugged in that should have been. I'll see tomorrow.

Reinstalled the transponder cable and powered-up. Everything worked. Glory be! While the power panel was out, rerouted some wires and hooked up the power to the starter button. Put volt meter on output of starter solenoid and tried starter button. Heard solenoid engage and voltage came up Moved the location for the Dynon backup battery to left sidt center console upright. Bolted battery into place. Bolted brake pedals into place. More wire housekeeping and zip tieing .
