Norma countersunk holes for top right tube then I riveted. Clecoed back on aircraft. Cut fore and aft tubes for left door. Taped spacers onto door jams and sill then tapped tube in place. Clamped corner gussets into place. The top foreward took some thinking. The photo manual is not real clear on whether the bend goes out or in. It is real close when the parts are held in place.

Was able to open the hangar door for air first time this year. Is spring really here?
After thinking about it during the night, changed the upper foreward gusset. Door now hang without any stress on th other corners. Got the spacers and gussets clamped into place. Pilot drilled through the gussets and clecoed. Up drilled to #30. Drilled pilot holes in corner braces 20mm pitch except for upper aft brace, which is sharply bent. Used 15mm pitch so I could get riveter on rivet closest to bend.
