4/13/19 5.0 Hours Tried on the glareshield trim that I got from Cleaveland Tool. Looks good. Worked on both windshield side trim supports. Trimed the upper right side of windshield to even it with the side brace. Put the windshield back on aircraft and clecoed side trim supports into place. Back drilled with a #40 through the side trim support throght the windshield and drill marked the 4130 cagei. Removed windshield. Pilot drilled the 4130 side brace cage.
4/14/19 3.0 Hours Up drilled the 14 holes in two steps on the cabin brace to #29. Tapped the holes 8-32 for washerhead screws. Up drilled the 14 holes on the windshield in two steps using 3/16 plastics drill and a uni-bit, to 7/32'. Re-mounted windshield onto aircraft to see if everything matched up. Looks like only one hole needs work and only slightly.
