Windshield back off and on a few more times, trimming. Finally thought of a way to make it even. Make marks 1/4" apart from the firewall rivet line forward. The right side is about 3/16" different from the left and the right side is where the iit does no go back far enought to the door frame. More trimming on the right tomorrow.

Trimed the right side of windshield to even the sides. After looking at Mark's build log on his web site, zenithowner.com, and Steven Bray's on mykitlog.com about windshield, I'm laying off the windshield for awhile. Added grommet edging to L angles on both sides, just in front of seats to protect wiring harness. Removed left side door hinge. Removed hinge pin and cut the two center loops from the top half the one from the bottom. Bent ends of pin 90 deg the cut pin in half as per photo manual and reinserted from the middle. The right side door hinge was held in place from factory by two rivets as received. Drilled out the two rivets.

Completed right side door hinge same as above. Riveted top window ribs with A5s that were pre-drilled (plans say A4s).. Drew new center line on forward vertical section of fuselage doubler trim support. Layed out rivet location 30mm pitch (4 rivets each side) Pilot drillled, up drilled in two steps to A5. Had to remove 6 factory instaled A5s (3 each side) on the sill of the trim support where the forward door latch striker plate will go.
