3/23 19 3.1 Hours Installed the four power panel mounting #6 nut plates. Had to remove the first two A3 rivets. Took awhile to learn the method so rivets sat flush.
3/24/19 2.6 Hours Norma held map box inplace while I clamped it into position. Back drilled #40 pilot holes through instrument bulkhead into map box flange clecoing as I went. Up drilled to #30. Removed and Norma deburrred. Installed #6 mini nut plates for intercom control. Will have to order a half dozen one eared nut plates for the comm control head because of its shape.
3/25/19 2.6 Hours Installed 8 nut plates, 4 for intercom and 4 for the Dynon HDX display. Layout hole for trim rocker switch in center of instrument panel. Have to move one of circuit breaker to the right.
