12/11/18 2.6 Hours Soldered ground leads to mag kill wires shield and heat shrink joint. Added Rotax pins to wires. Attached lables ("MAG A" and "MAG B") to wires. Inserted pins into plugs. Reattached plugs to engine. Put castel nut onto flap motot bolt.
12/12/18 2.0 Hours Misc. Identified precut/drilled L angles for foreward top skin (glare shield). Dressed holes in brake master clylinder mount so bolt would pass. Identified spot for mag kill wires to pass through firewall Added clamp for brake lines to front edge of center console.
12/13/18 2.0 Hours Made the two water temp leads. Water temp sensors are on top side of engine, not under as in photo manual. Drilled hole in firewall for mag and water temp leads. Dedburred hole and inserted grommet. Put wires through hole to check routing. Put washers and castle nuts on engine mount bolts. Added another washer to flap motor mount bolt.
