I mounted the HS frame onto the jig with bolts through the hinge brackets and clamps to the center support. Next step is to add some short brackets to the jig and to secure the tips. Now the issue is how to ensute that the front and rear spars are perfectly aligned. After scratching my head over it for awhile, I went out and bought some plumb bobs at Home Depot. I'm still thinking about how, exactly, I should configure them to get what I want.
