When I mounted the rudder I found that all the attach points would not line up, I had to add shim to the front of the vertical stabelizer so the sttach points lined up and the rudder was able to move freely.
After installing the rudder I found that all the attach points would not line up.
Here I had to add more shim to the front of the vertical stabelizer.
