Brief Description:  Final flap fairing fitting, Final drill the wing f

Started on the right flap fairing by putting flap up and in trail with aileron, marked the upper edge of the fairing on the fuse and then checked under fairing to see if the edge distances on the pre punched holes in fuse have the required 3/16 inch edge distance. Looks good. put fairing back in place and taped to the fuselage. Match drilled the forwrd part of fairing from inside the fuse using and angle attachment and stub size #40 bit. Clecoed as I drilled. Removed the fairing and deburred it and the fuselage holes just drilled. The next steps were are series of installing the fairing an checking fit, removing it an han bening as necessary for a better fit an then reinstalling. When satisfied, I taped the rear section to fuse with strips of tape and then rille #40. Unerneath, the fairing nees to be line up with trailing ege of flap but also needs to fit up to the center bottom skin. I trie to get themm both to fit but I like how well the top portion fit an int want to force another bend so I just marked it and trimmed off a bit of the edge and move drilled a new hole. Finished drilling the remaing holes. Final fit looks good.

Repeat above process for the left side

Removed the fairings abvove and deburred. I will scuff sand and then primer them later

The wing fairings were final drilled to #19 for #8 screws. I did this top and bottom of wing and repeat on the other wing. Remove the fairings for deburring. I will also prep them later for primer.
