Brief Description:  Wing fitting prep-3

1. I realized after thinking about why the hardware 7/16 bolts were so tight in the centersection and not in the wing spar that the problem was probably the center section bulkhead hole was not perfectly aligned with the centersection holes. I decided to try and ream the aprox 1/6 to 1/8 into the bulkhead to fix the problem. I was able to reach the top holes on right side an I noticed right away how much smoother the bolts slid through. The left side was more difficult as the fuel valve was in the way. I removeed it and still didnt have enough room! So then I removed the brace?bracket that holds the valve. I wasnt able to get the drill with reamer into the tight space so I ended up using a flex adapter and the unibit. Finaly fot the 4 holes on front and back of the boulk head both left side and right done and those bolts side in unimpeded. I decided to also check the eight 1/4 inch bolt holes and good thing I did. They too needed the flange drilled to align better. This is kinda hard to explain but I suggest these bolts be checked before actually putting the wing in position as the quick build kits dont have perfect builders in the Phillipines. I'm just saying!
