Brief Description: Sand a taper edge on aft upper fairing and misc
I block sanded the aft edge of the windscreen fairing that covers the roll bar and canopy bow. The goal was to taper the edge down so it didnt look so thick. I also rounded the edge some and then sanded the underside surface that slides over the canopy.
I then sanded all around the windscreen with a soft sanding block and tried to remove the visible depresions and voids out.
The inside radius corners have been problematic and again I noted that a build up is required. So I added a layer of vinyl tape all around the windscren and after lightly sanding the edges some I rough sanded the inside radius corners real good and then applied a build up of epoxy. The plan was to spray on some sanding primer but that will have to wait until these corners improve.
