Brief Description:  Finish slider block and drill fwd most screw hole

1. The clevis pin needed to sit just a bit deeper in the slide block so I counter bored the block a tad deeper. I then made measurements on the other end for a cotter pin hole.. Drilled that 1/16th inch and then 1/8 inch on one side just deep enough for the cotter pin head to sit down in. This is a pressed fit and Im not sure I like it. I might safety wire the clevis pin in place instead but I can do that another time.

2. The canopy slider rail has one screw hole in the fwd most osition that the lans say to drill "in assembly" and from the bottom. I removed the slider rails other 8 screws and removed the rail. Drilled the screw hole on the bench to 3/32 at the angle of tapered end. Reinstall the rail with clecos . Put the short nub 3/32 bit in the drilled hole and marked position on the rail recetical. Removed the rail again. Measured the distance from the scratch made with the bit to the top of receptical ( a tooling hole is centered there). I then transfered this measurement to the underside by measuring down from the tooling hole. The center line on the underside had to be determined too with careful measurement. When satisfied, I drilled a 1/16 pilot hole from below. Checking the top side I came out only slightly off but can adjust with next bit size. Put the rail back on with clecos and crawled back under. I could see from below how much the hole needed to move to align with center rail hole and so I drilled the 1/8 hole with pressure in that direction and on thu the rail. Final drilled the hole to #27 and removed the rail to countersink and deburr. Reinstalled the rail with the 9 #6 screws and nuts. Turned out nice. There probably is an easier way but I sure couldnt think of it.

3. I purchased a mid canopy latch assembly and so I removed the right wheel from side rail and assembled it to this latch assembly. I need to remove some material from the canopy frame tube to compensate for the extra thickness but I will try and see if anyone else has posted pics of this before I do any cutting. No pics were
