Brief Description:  Lower cowl cooling inlet seals fabricated abd inst

Cut and hand rolled the radius into the ends of some 062 X 1/2" aluminum strips. These need to be bent on the small side so that they will hold the fabric seal tight against the cowl on each end.

I put a center line on the strips with black sharpie for alignment later

Marked three screw holes on the inlet about 3/.8" from back edge and then drilled #30

Clamped the alum back strip in place so that my center lone was centered in the drilled holes and then match drilled it

Cut a 12" X 2.5" strip of baffle seal and applied 1" wide tape along the edge I want attached to cowl. Clamped in place and match drilled it as well.

Updrilled everyting for #6 screws and then countersunk the screw holes in the cowl and then fastened in place.

Repeated the process on the other side
