Brief Description: epoxy coat to inside of top cowl
cleaned the inside surface of the upper cowl. It had been sanded down awhile ago as well. Mixed some epoxy with fast cure hardner since temps have been cooling down at night. Applied a single coat with a foam brush to the inside surface. I didnt mix with acetone because im not too concerned with pin holes on the inside. But if I apply a second coat, I might add a little to thin some just to make it easier to brush on.
Applied several layers of glass ot the underside lip of oil door flange so that the latch will be snug on that side. It might require a little sanding for final fit before its done.
applied some epoxy to the outer oil door skin to fill the pin holes.
