Brief Description:  Sand and epoxy aft end skirt to fit better before

Its hard to believe how much time I spend sanding this thing only to rapply epoxy. I strongly advise that one should be very disriminant on the epoxy application or be prepared to spend oodles of time sanding. A small power sander would help a great deal!
I first sanded down all the high spots and areas I didnt want epoxy on the inside aft end of skirt around the aluminum plate I installed. I tried to round and feather the stuff and make it look good even though It wont be visible. Once satisfied enough, I filed and squared and sanded the rail relief area.
On the outer side, I sanded and featherd as well as the area added to fill gap on top lip.
Removed some blue painters tape and then clecoed the skirt back on. Applied black electrical tape all alont the skirt top edge so that I wont scratch canopy during install and wont have any under the lip either.
I noticed that the liguid shim on top aft edge was not real good after sanding and also the rail relief area needed more epoxy so i removed the skirt yet again and mixed and applied another round and then reinstall and cleco down. Wait for cure again.
I also sanded down an edge of the left rea down tube fillets.
