Brief Description: Skirt aft end sanded and pull knob fitted
Spent lots of time sanding the underside in aft end down smooth
Trimmed some .040 aluminum that I had previously hand formed to the contour
Made some measurements to make sure it clears the canopy that overlaps the frame and drilled some holes it and then match drilled to the skirt.
Marked knob location and cut acces hole for it and filed. Its ruff fit and will be filled in with epoxy after install
Since I had the skirts on the frame, I went thru all the drilled holes that had filled with epoxy during the fillet process etc. The right skirt never was counter sunk so I did all those as well. Very time consuming
