Brief Description:  Last baffle tension rod, Reroute some wires, Heat

Tackled the fabrication of 4th tension rod for the cylinder lower baffles. I formed a basic piece that worked and then traced on to the stainles steel rod and bent to shape using a torch and hammer and vice. You know, gentle work! Once it was bent to fit, I threaded both ends 6-32 and installed.
I routed the rod below the oil line instaed of above it as I did on the rt side and it looks like it will work fine. I also added one tubing where it might rub against the cylinder fins.

Moved on to the wire bundle from firewall exit next to battery trey support. I noticed that when I had the lower cowl installled that this wire bundle was pinched up against the support angle. I Moved it such that it will not be pinched anymore and then clamped with two adel clamps to the engine mount tube. I also had to adjust a couple other wires and rewrap in spiral protection wrap. I will work on the final wire that goes to the shunt tomorow and get it where it wont be binding with anything.

I found a whole bunch of #8 nylon washers that I needed to finish the spinner screws. I had them in another drawer and were overlooked. Thats great because I just ordered 50 more last night and spent too much to have shipped. Anyway, Installed the remaining truss head screws with nylon washers.

I had three heat shield that I though Id possibly need. After getting everything installed it seems they realy arent necesary but I wanted to use them. So I picked thre locations and installed. One on rt side between exhaust tip and scat hose, one on left side on exahaust blocking heat to the fuel line where it enters carb, and third on on exhaust manifold to block heat to the rubber hose that connects the cold air pipe to cylinder.
