Brief Description:  Tg-10 two

The stainless steel heater by pass came from acs. It fits the the firewall cut out perfectly eventhough its not the same hight. It also came with a tube of biotherm fire block sealant for around the firewall opening. It does not use platenuts or aluminum rivits nor does it use the an harware or nylock nuts. It did come with a nut screw washer and clamp for mounting one side but not for the other. Strange! So now I need to procure the stainless hardware from my local aircraft store.

I applied a ribbon of the Biotherm around the circular hole and carefuly clecoed it in position trying not to smear the sealant around or get it on the flap door. Ill secure it with hardware when I get the rest of it and will also consider mounting the bowden cable at that time as well

I think this is a good choice for reasonable safety. Not sure why vans supplies the aluminum one...
