Brief Description:  fill and bleed brake system

Attached a plastic line to the end of my oil can. the other end also fit tight over the brake caliper bleed nipple. The plastic line is the left over brake lines used in system. I filled the oil can up with Mil spec 5606 hydraulic fluid and after making sure the brakes were open and parking valve open, I started to pump the oil up the lines from the left wheel caliper. The oil can was leaking in two spots so I had to abort and seal the caps on the oil can much tighter. After pumping for what seemed a long time, the red oil finally appeared in the lines going to the brake resivoir. I then repeated the same on the right side and continued until about half of the resivoir was full. I tightened the bleed nipples and let it sit. Noticed an air bubble appear, sos I pumped more fluid in to push out. After letting it sit for an hour or more, I checked and could see a small amt of fluid had oozed out of the right master cylinder upper line fitting. Gave it another wrench. I then applied some pressure to each brake and noted they were quite firm but also created or released hidden air bubbles again. Decided to let it sit over night and check it over again and bleed out the bubbles-hopefully. I also checked the other connection points and report all dry so far.
