Brief Description: Park brake position lock bracket 2
1. Picked up some 1.5 inch X 1/8 aluminum angle at home depot-aircraft section 2. Cut bracket to length allowing for the length of the lever on brake module 3. Debur and round edges 4. Mark and drill the two mounting holes. These will be shared with the two bolts that mount the parking brake assembly to the bulkhead 5. Drew the levers arc line on the new bracket face. I will determin the pin hole locations later 6. Drilled the lever end up to 11/32 7. Tap the drilled hole with 3/8-32 tap and cleaned up 8. Trial fit the plung pin and fit is great. Should work well for my needs.
I will take down the corners and round off so that my knees will be spared.
