Brief Description: Rudder top and bottom cap sanded and filled cont.
I sanded down the rudder bottom cap and then the top cap. There were many holes and voids in top cap since I had to build it up higher to be level rith VS tip but its getting closer to a finsh state. I do need to attach it to VS to se how well its looking and make adjustments before I get too excited. I put some electrical tape down to make a do not crross line and applied micro/cabosil slurry and smeared it on the top and bottom caps on both sides. I waited several hours before doing the other side to make sure the cabo wouldnt run when I flipped the rudder over to do the other side.
