The epoxy has cured on the aluminum strips so I removed the clecos and final drilled to #30.
Deburred and dimpled the skin and then countersink the tips using a makeshift dimple gauge to check proper depth.
Inserted the foam and then weted the foam with epoxy and laid on the glass cloth and then more epoxy. Clamped the sides firmly against the foam and set the tips on wax paper to cure.
It appears that one of the 2 tips had the foam sitting to far recessed and the fiberglass didnt lay in very nice. Will see how this turns out tomorrow
