I marked the cut out location in the left side panel apron. Located positions in the corners to drill a radius with #40 drill, center punch, drill. Cut the opening with my trusty dremel. (dont even attempt an rv build with out one!) Filed the opening to desired fit and then positioned the hobbs in place and drilled the two mounting holes with #27 for #6 screws Deburr and file and sand and polish the openong. Also finished the edges of the ELT opening
Pics below show the two Hobbs meters I have. Which one?? hmmm. The ENM would allow for 100,000 hours!!!! and the Honeywell only 10,000 hours and smaller read out. Decisions!
