Brief Description:  Dynon mount-2 and radio mounting cut out work

1. Finished laying out the rivit hole locations for the dynon ems mount by scribing a line on reverse side of the panel. I jus conected the corners holes and made the line and then evenly spaced the rivit holes on all three sides ( the 4th side was cut off sice there wasnt room for it.
2. Center punched the hole locations and drilled them #40. Debourred all the holes both sides on panel and mount. Machine countersunk for flush rivits on panel side using the micro stop. Happy with how this turned out.
3. Moved on to the radio mount. I have the cut out in the panel already but its too tight and needs file and sanding work for proper fit. I had made new angle brackets for it too and they had to be adjusted fr fit some. I also have not decided if I should use rivits or scres here. I only have room in the bracket for 2 on each side and though the radio is quite light Im not sure. If I go with rivits, they will need to be the larger #30 size and I wil certainly need to make sure I make a support bracket for the rear of radio. As should be done anyway I suppose. Its getting there.
4. Pulled out my elt switch and hobs meter and played with placement some. Trying to decide if I want them mounted to the back or front surface of panel.
Yes, Im stalling.....The pink skirts on canopy are waiting for attention but I havent got the patience today...
