Brief Description:  Prep for wing fitting-1

1. Set a wooden box on a floor dolly and padded the top. Sat the fuselage on it with the tail supported as before except put it on a dolly as well. This allows me to move the fuse easily if i need to. Also measured for level. It will need some adjustment before wing fitting later.

2. The fuse was delivered with some pressed wood bolted into the center section and that had to be removed finally. Didnt have much trouble with the right side but the left side was a headache. The bolts they used are threaded bolts the entire length and covered with a vinyl tube. So, extracting on the left side for some reason the tube didnt wanted to come out and the bottom bolt needed to be hammered out (gently) but the fuel lines were in the way and needed to be removed so I wouldnt damage them.

3. Since the fuel lines are out, I decided to polish the surfaces. Also inspected my flaring work more closely with a magnifier. Worked the flares with some ultra fine scothbrite to a better finish. One line has a flare that might be redone later. Not sure if its a problem but I dont realy like the looks of it.

The next step might be some leveling fine tunning and also preparing some supports for the wings which will be on floor dollies as well.
