Brief Description:  Canopy side rails-final drilling

1. Checked the measurements on the rail placement to make sure they are parallel. Marked the remaining screw hole locations. Finished drilling the rails with #40 pilot holes. The aft most holes are drilled from below as they are match drilled with the pre drilled holes. I drilled the very last holes with a flex extension with a threaded bit since its tough to get to. It worked well. Removed rails and removed chips, reinstalled and drilled up to #19 for the #8 screws.

2. While rails are clecoed in place, I marked the aft rails where the excess flange needs to be trimmed. Removed the rails and cut with a cutoff wheel. Debureed all the holes and cleaned up the edges.

3. Drilled a screwdriver access hole above the last hole to 1/4 inch

4. Cut and smoothed out part of the roller guide beside the aft hole which provides roomn for the screw head.

5. Sanded the rails down smooth with scotch brite pads and then clecoed back on the fuse.

I think I will polish the rails up nice before I attach them permanately
