1. Rivitted the spacer to the cap with double flush technique using the backing plate and back rivit set. Came out nice.
2. The 9 screw holes needed to be inlrged slightly from 1/8 so I drilled them with #27 bit and then counter sunk the top with #28 cutter since I didnt have a #27. It worked just fine.
3. Centered the rail on the turtle deck and slid forward until the tapered end sat flush in the receptical and taped in place. Match drilled #27 to the skin.
4. Tried to figure out how best to drill the final hole "in assembly" into the receptical as per call out but could not figure out a good way yet. Ill check on this later.
