Finished countersinking the rivit holes on the top surface of the slide rail cap and then did the same on the bottom of the spacer. 57 countersinks total.
The 9 screw holes were drilled to plan spec but a An 507-6R screw is 9/64" and will not fit. I double checked this and these holes need to be drilled up to 9/64 or #27.
