A service bulletin was released to remove the screen on the intake air ramp so as to prevent possible closure aof air to carb heat if the port scren were to freeze over. I removed the scren easily enough by cuting out but could not get rid of all the very short strands. I decided to just drill out the rivits holding the flange in place and removed all the goop and starnds and then re rivitted on the flange. I also sanded the air ramp down to 2000 grit and then polished
The rest of the time spent was on the two bottoom cowl pins trying to get them to fit better
