Brief Description:  Fuel lines torqued, Front seat pan and belts, cons

I started to tighten the front wing tank support bolts and safety as per dwg 80. Only problem is I forgot to attach the plate nuts in the bracket prior to wing install. I called Vans and was told a nut would be fine and infact they used to be that way anyhow. I had some lower profile nylocks that worked great and I tightened until I couldnt turn the big washer as per dwg80. Drilled a 1/16 hole in the bracket and safety wired the bolt head to the bracket.

Moved on to the fuel line for left tank. I put plices in the grommet until I could get it ver the flare fitting and then installed the line from tank to valve. Needed some small bend tweaks but got it.
I then tightened the flares with a 1.5 flat techniqe.Attached the left and right fuel vent tubes as well and tightened Marked start locationof nut from finger tight with either a marker or some torque seal and then tightened. Inspector should be able to see how far the nut turned for tight.

Installed the left console and attached stall watrner molex.

Installed the front seat pan and the rudder brackets. Not all screws installed as they will end up coming out anyway for inspection.

Installed the front seat lap belt.

Sat in seat and made airplane noises!
