Brief Description:  Misc. Servo mount adjust and safety wire etc

1. Drilled 1/16 hole in the heads of 3 An3-5 bolts. I had purchased these to replace the AN3-3 bolts that came with the trutrack roll servo mount. I didnt like how the sevo pivit arm and rod were angled slightly to the control column mounting ring. I need to move the servo and mount forward just a little less thgan 3/32 and all would be fine but I dont want to drill out the rivits in two brackets. So I will use 2 washers as spacers on each bolt and the longer bolt will accomodate them. This moves the servo enough forward to straighten out the arm. The washers were a pain to get in there too!

2. Safty wire the 3 bolts above. This took me 3 tries before getting them wired satisfatory.

3. Since I didnt move the bracket, I need to trim some material from the floor stiffner that interfears with the servo bracket. I used the nibbler to remove enough from the stiffner until there wasnt any clearence issue. It wasnt much either. Probably 3/16 depth and 3 inches long. I dont see how this can be an issue with the floor.

4.Dimpled the bottom skin on the left and right sides for #8 screws where they overlap the wing bottom skins.

5. ran the servo harnes from where the panel will be to the servos, pulled the harnes thru the condui with the fishing line I had left in for this task. I am not sure if I have it run the best way yet and will most likely pull it out and reroute a bit.
