Brief Description:  Gear legs final fitting and drilling

1. Match drill 1/4" the holes through each outter end of outboard bolt weldment into the obd wear plate. Since the fuse is upside down with the gear on, flipping it over wont work. Required drilling while on my back. I used a strong 6 amp drill and pushed as hard as I could. I could do that for about 15 sec and then rest and repeat. This took about 20 to 30 min per hole x 4 holes.

2. Final drill 1/4" hole in the bottom skin above the outer 2 holes of the obd wear plates. There is a pilot hole already there but I realized to late on one of the holes taht it was not directly above the predrilled hole in wear plate. This required some inlarging. Proceded to then match drill through the wearplate through the longeron and weldment. This was much easier.

3. Removed the gear legs and brackets and wear plates. Cleaned off all the chips and oil. Deburred everything real good. Made shure all is marked for left or right side. Store until ready for final assembly.
