Brief Description: Landing/taxi light in left wing
1. Cut the template for the left wing and traced the cut out lines on the skin with a sharpie. 2. Using the die grinder with cut off wheel, I cut out the hole leaving 1/4 inch or so to work down with a dremel and scotch bright wheel on the die grinder. 3.Cle aned and deburred all the edges of the lighting kit 4. Clecoed in the lense retaining strips and match drilled the holes through the skin. 5.Put the template for the rib screw holes in place and drilled the holes. Then used angle drill attachment and short bits to drill the platenut rivit holes. Rvited in two platenuts on both ribs with pop rivits. 6. Drilled and countersunk for flush rivits on the reflector plate and rivited on those platenuts. 7. Installed the reflector plate in wing.
