Brief Description:  Rivit floor stiffeners and foot wells and seat hin

1. Debuured the holes in floor ribs where seat floors were match drilled

2. Clean, scuff, and primere paint 3 coats to top side of left and right seat floors and the front seat floor and the aft control mount

3. Did the same for the foot wells and side webbs

4. Filed and then scotch bright polish edges of baggage floor, dimpled rivit holes for nut plates and installed the nut plates with an426ad3-3.5 rivits. Washed and rinsed, scuffed, cleaned, primered

5. Did the required edge work on the baggage shelf as illustrated before and then installed the required nut plates on rear flange.

6. Clean, scuff, wash and rinse, primer 3 coats the baggage shelf

7. Dimple for flush rivits in the 4 nut plates on rear flange of baggage shelf

8. Back rivit floor stiffeners on left and right seat floors with flush rivits

9. Back rivit the rear seat back hinge to the floor board with An470 dome head rivits. This required using a dimple bar to partially set the rivets and then using a rivit set from the rivit gun locked in a vice, setting the work upon it and setting the rivit by back rivitting. this worked well enough.

Note: Dont over set the rivit using the dimple bar or the rivit head will start to flatten some.

10. Installed the 4 nut plates on each side of the seat floors with flush rivits. Make sure them nut plates are dimpled too!

11. Using the same technique used on rear seat hinge, I rivited on the front seat hinge with the AN470 rivits. These rivits seem a bit too long here but could not cut them any shorter than the -4 that they are. This hinge does not have a floor stiffener beneath it as with the rear hinge does. This made it a bit harder to set .

Note: On this hinge, be careful not to set to perfect dimensions. Can get close without causing a wave in the hinge. T o remove the slight wave I flipped the work over and lightly tapped each rivet head with the gun on real low power. Looked good and hing slides in and out easily.

12. Squeezed and back rivited the foot well webbs to the f
