Brief Description:  Seat floors, Foot wells, seat hinges

1. Match drilled #19 through the front seat floor holes into the Support angle brackets, one on rt and the other on left side. Removed the front seat floor and deburred. Drilled the 2 rivit holes for the nut plate (lug type) in each bracket #40 and then after deburring those, machine counter sunk for flush head rivits and then rivited on the nut plates.

2. Drew a center line on bottom of front seat back bottom 1/2 hinge, lined up on the locating hole in floor, clecoed in place and then match drilled the hinge #30 size.

3. Clecoed the webbs into the left and right foot wells. Final drilled #40 the footwells and webbs. Attached the wells to the L and R of front seat floor and final drilled attach holes #40. Disassembled

4. Final drilled all the 3/32 holes in front seat floor to #40 and then deburred all the holes as well as the footwells parts.

5. Removed the seat floors and baggage floor

6. Countersunk some holes in the support angles, and spacers.

7. Clecoed the left and right seat floors together on the bench, clecoed all the floor stiffiners that were previously cut and deburred and polished on to the bottom floorboards.

8. Drew center line on botom half hinge on rear seat back and clecoed in positionand match drilled #30.

9. Match drilled all the stiffiners

10. cut a spacer from some scrap 0.025 aluminum sheet to slide under the rear seat hinge on right floor skin to remove the bulge in hinge wher the skins overlap eachother. This will keep hinge flat and allow the hinge pin to be removed with ease. The holes were then match drilled with the hinge.

11. Removed the hinge and all the stiffners, deburred everything. Dimpled all the stiffners and the appropriate floor hols to #40

12. Final drilled the nut plate holes for the 8 nutplates in the flange of baggage floor, dimpled, dimpled the nutplate holes too. Ready to be rivited on to forward flange tomorrow.

13 Dimpled the inside edges of footwells and the webbs. They will also be rivited tomorrow possibly.
