!. Filed and scotch brite the edges of front and rear seat-backs as well as frame pieces.

2. Cut the front seat hinge at 10 inches and the pin to 11 inches. last inch of pin bent 90 degrees to be used as handle for removal.

3. Marked and drilled the 2 locating holes in hinge

4. Assembled the front seat-back frame and hinge with clecoes and then match and final drill everything to #30

5. Disassembled and debured all the drill holes and set aside to be primered.

6. Front seatback hinge cut to 18 inches and the pin to 20 inches. Removed the center 4 eyelets and cut the pin in half. Bent the last inch of each pin 90 degrees. Theese pins are inserted via the middle where the eyelets were removed. Cleco and clamp the hinge in postion for drilling
