Brief Description: Rt side wing root cover gap seal install
I had traced some areas on the wing root cover and removed and trimmed up and then deburred and polished. Installed the rubber seal and taped it on to help hold while I positioned it on plane. Did the same process as yesterday starting underneath and then around the wing nose and then over the top and aft. Leaving the screws loose underneath helps until the ones on top are started. Its a very tight fit around the leading edge! Got all the screws in and snugged up. I know it comes off for inspection later but now I know it will go on ok. Might be able to get it on in half the time next try...
