Brief Description:  baggage floor and flap actuator reinstall

installed the rear baggage floor before the fwd floor boards installed. Clecoed in position and ready for LP4-4 rivits once the paint is dry.

Installed the baggage shelf after I light scuffed it and applied another coat of primer. It didnt take too long to dry before I could handle it ok. The shelf is installed with #8 screws. I installed them with nylon washers.

Installed the bulkhead cover too

Installed the flap actuator.(name?) to the floor. The nylon blocks that secure the actuator in place are bolted down in the corner where the seatbelt bracket resides and there is NO room! For some reason I was having a heck of a time with one of the bolts and thought I never would get it in. Id reccomend using a grinding stone to releave some roon for the bolt head.

Attached the actuator to the flap motor with the hardware called out and then installed the cotter pin. I didnt bend the cotter pin tails yet and I made a note near the bolt head about the pin
