1. Taking a good idea from builder Steve Riffe, I marked and drilled a #30 hole in each corner of flanged duct after making sure that there was enough edge distance on the fuselage skin. I had made a template first before drilling.
2. Match drilled the flange to the fuse skin and cleco.
This will need to be rivited on and posibly cauked with rtv before finished.
