Today I sanded all parts and then primered Dimpled plate nuts and doubler to attach the nuts Riveted on the plate nuts to the doubler Countersunk for flush rivits on door and then rivited the hinge to door Drilled a dozen holes to attach the doubler to bulkhead and then dimpled them as well as the bulkhead Rivited the doubler to the bulkheadexcept the bottom edge rivited the bottom hinge half to the spacer and the bulkhead and the doubler attach the door with the hinge pin ran a #8-32 tap thru the plate nuts to ease srew insertions
tomorrow ill finish this by cutting a notch in the top part of door so it will clear the baggage door brace
