1. Cut some poster board to fit on the baggage wall. The I tried to determin how much overlap I need for the door around the opening. Once I decided, I traced the outline for the doubler and then another inside line 3/4" inside. This is where the opening will be cut. It should allow room for the piano hinge on bottom
Door will be cut from 032 aluminum and be 24 inches wide at base and 6.5 inches tall at center. The doubler will probably cut from 025 thickness and be the same outer dimension as the door but will be cut as a 3/4 inch wide frame basicly
Cut my hinge to 24 inch length and bent the pin for a handle Saved an eyelet to use as a pin lock
