Brief Description:  wind screen bar streched and wire run in conduit

1. Pulled the truck in to the hangar and tied a ratchet strap to the hitch and to the windscreen support bar. Tied the other end of bar to the bifold door steel roller tube. The blue rachet didnt have enough power so I ended up going with a much bigger one. Ater at least a half dozen tries of stretching tis bar out and then releasing the strap to let it spring back and measure, I finally got it pulled open enough to when released I had the desired 24 3/16 inches. It was just a smidge over probably 1/32 but it fit in the fuse just fine. Installed all the hardware and torqued to 25 to 30 inch pounds and marked with torque seal,

2. Using a cotton ball tied to some fishing line, I used compresser to blow the cotton ball through the conduit tubes. Tied the Multi conductor wire bundles for the elevator trim servo and the tail position light/strobe to the fishing line as well as anextra line for future use and pulled through the conduit. I tied off the extra fishing line on each end with electrical tape and tie wrap. the wire are coiled on each end. The other conduit on left side stops at the autopilot servo and I just have the fising line in it anticipating pulling autopilot wire harness thru it later. No pic of it today

Didnt get a bunch done today but I hope its the last time I have to remove that dang windscreen support. The weather was too nice, so I took the Citabria out for a little while. She too needs attention from time to time.
