Brief Description:  Front and rear throttles

1. The AN3-24 bolt I purchased for front throttle where the tension knob attaches does not have enough threads to allow the knob/lever to thread in enough. I viced the bolt and threaded it down about another 1/4 inch with the appropriate die. It works fine but it may be just a tad to short still for the locknut to properly secure it. So......I will most likely buy a An3-25 boly the next time I make an order.

2. Installed the assembly in fuse and ran the strin line to see where material needs to be removed. I then drilled the holes out big enough with a step drill to the marks I had traced for the holes from the templates. The tube was installed thru the holes but with out the rod ends on. Ataached the rod ends and assembled to the two throttles. I then adjusted the threaded ends untill both throttles made full travel with a little extra travel left over on rear throttle.

3. The places where the rod hits while moving thru the holes were marked. Removed the asemblys and worked the tube holes.

4 Installed the throttles and checked operation. Need just minor tweeks.
