Brief Description:  Rear seat throttle-1 Rear seat shoulder harn

Drilled and then reamed to 3/16 a hole 1/2 below an existing hole in the throttle lever for rea seat

Measured to length called out for the rod that connets the rear throttle to front throttle. Cut and deburred ends. This will need to be taped for rod ends later

Removed 2 nut plates from the F 806 bulkhead. The plans say to remove the upper most one so the throttle plate will fir but I dont see how unless both are removed. Also, there are 3 more nut plates along the armrest where the throttle plate is supposed to tuck in behind but cant do that either unless they are removed or I dont tuck it behind. Think I will try leaving the top flush to out side edge and tuck in the sides only.

Head scratching and plan studying!

Traced a template for the slot to be cut in the armrest, Marked the cut lines on the arm rest and then cut out the slot with a dremel and small cut off wheel. I then filed the inside edges to 3/16 gap and rounded the ends/

Marked a line 1/2 inch in from both side edges of the throttle plate and positioned in place. Marked screw hole locations on both front edge and rear edge and then drilled to #19. I them used a nutplate jig to drill the rivit holes for those 4 nut plates. Deburred and clecoed in place.

Top center scre hole was drilled using a hole finder jig. The other two will be drilled next time.
