Brief Description:  Fuel lines-final and baggage door-3

1. Worked on the fuelline from filter to the Facet fuel pump and it ended up about 1/4 inch too short as I feared. Lucky for me I get to practice on a second piece that I just happen to have. Spent at least 1.5 hours bending and measuring. Remember this piece is mostly done in place and that includes the flaring of one end and the final bends. Luck was on my side this time as it came out on target-DONE!

2 Baggage door work-3 today.
a. enlarged the 2 tooling holes for the plastic bushings to fit where the latch pins will slide through to 7/16ths. Also enlarged the said bushings inside diameter hole to 5/16ths

b. Final drilled the door skin and inner skin to the sub structure

c. Cut a hinge for the door to 13.5 inch and the hinge pin to 14 inch. Bent the last 1/2 inch of the pin 90 degrees for a handle.

d. Clamped the hinge in place under the door angle and set a gap of 1/32 inch gap betwen the hinge eyelet and the skin edge.

e. using the holes in the skin and angle, match drilled the hinge with #40
