Brief Description:  Dimple fwd skin and work on baggage door

1. Position and marked hole locations on forward skin support ribs. Removed to verify edge distance. Repostion and match drill and cleco left side then the right.

2. Uncleco and remove the forward top skin and the support ribs. Final drilled the lower horizontal line of rivit holes that match the upper longerons.

3.Deburred all the holes and edges and polished edges smooth.

4. Dimple countersunk the skin, baggage door support strips and skin support ribs. Also dimpled all the holes in instrument panel attach strip flange, baggage bulkhead and the firewall.

5. clean scuff clean primer the interior of skin and the other parts.

6. Brenda started on the baggage goor and the latch pins by deburring the parts and skins on the scotch brite whel and clecoing together. It looks twisted for some reason so will ned to take apart and check the ribs etc. The latch pins were cut to length with hacksaw and final finish on whel. Hole was measured and I drilled 1/8 on drill press. Slot was cut in end of each rod but will need to be widened some tomorrow. Opposite ends were tapered down as per dwg.
