Brief Description:  Roll autopilot servo install- 2 and intrument pane

1. Installed the 4 nutplates that I never got to when I was doing the floor skins earlier this summer. They are the ones that secure the aft controltube mounting bracket to the inbd floor ribs. Installed with flush rivits and then screwed down the mount properly.

2. Drilled out two rivits from the inbd seat rib angle on left side where the autopilot servo will mount. Clecoed the mount using those holes and then match drilled the vertical flange on bracket to the webbing. Removed the bracket for deburring and primer paint. Rivited on the bracket with an470ad4-4 rivits (dome head) starting with top horizntal 2 holes. Can not reach with eitherb the squeezer or the pneaumatic squeezer. So I got to buck these rivits with the gun and tungstene bar. Required 7 rivits total. I then temporaily installed the servo the best I could figure it installs. I only was provided with a picture and it does not call out what hardware is used and where. Guess I will need to call trutrac tomorrow and ask some questions!

3. Edge prep the instument panel mounting attachment flange and the front baggage door fwd and aft support strips.

4. Edge prep the instument panel and the 2 sub panels on the scotch brite wheel. Clecoed on 12 nutplates to the back side of the sub panels and then rivited in place with flush rivits. Screwed the panels to each side of the instrument panel with 2 #8 screws and off set up one hole as before in preperation for rivitting on the attachment flange tomorrow.
