1. Temp install of the fuel valve assembly on mount so that the fuel line can be fitted.
2. Started with the fuel line that connects valve to fuel filter. Tight fit and tight bend. This took 3 tries as seen in picture. I also had issues with getting the nut sleeve installed at the right time so as to allow room for the flaring tool. I even managed to install it backwards a time or two. It was a royal pain but finaly got it done.
3. Started to fit the right tank line and realized why it should be done first! I dont believe it will be a problem but may require a slight adjustment to the privious line. Dang. This line looked easy but turns out to have its own difficulty and I managed to mangle it. Van's did not provide enough for a redo on this so I get to place another order tonight. The amount of time spent is high for nothing but scrap. Will hopefully have better results later.
4. I drilled out all 8 rivits in the right side shoulder harness fairlead on upper bulkhead. Those rivits sat proud and was bothering me. Re dimpled and resqueezed the rivits. Looks much better!
