Brief Description:  Fuel vent lines, Fit the pitch servo, Fuel pump an

!. Put a slight bend on the edges of the aft upper skin so that the edge will lay tightly against the underlying fuselage skin when rivited.

2. Fitted the servo for pitch to the aft bell crank using the supplied servo bracket hardware from trutrak. It didnt quite fit so I filed a small divit on the bottom edge of the bracket bar so that it would lower enough to have a clean hole drilled through (see pic for the fwd and aft holes). Drilled the 3/16" holes, deburred, primerd, temp install the servo. I need to drill a hole into the bellcrank but want to make sure I have the correct orientation first. No instructions were provided-only pictues, so I need to ask first.

3. Brenda used some soft metal wire to make a template inside the gear towers for the fuel vent lines. I used it then to cut and bend the 1/4 inch aluminum lines. Added the AN fitting to end and then flared the tube. Though it's a tight fit, getting these lines in through the top lightning hole is possible.once in, I made sure it would line up with the fitting that goes through the side fuse skin. I then secured the line with an adel clamp to the top of tower. Put some permatex #2 thread sealer on the male threads and tightened up the connections.

4. Installed the Airflow fuel filter to the floor bracket

5. Installed the fuel pump bracket to fwd floor and then installed the Facet pump to the bracket

6. Attached the Brake fluid reservoir to the fwd side of firewall
